Seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience as CEO and CFO in semiconductors, biotech, and technology. Successfully led WeebitNano from concept to a publicly traded company on the ASX, demonstrating entrepreneurial vision, strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong execution capabilities. Led significant private equity raises for public companies and played an active role in multiple M&A transactions.

Alon Rashelbach, PhD
Co-founder & CTO
Alon holds a PhD in Computer Systems and Electrical Engineering. He brings deep expertise in accelerated computing, networking, and emerging hardware platforms. His background spans advanced hardware design and system-level architecture, alongside extensive experience building high-performance software and algorithmic pipelines. He has led technology efforts in both startups and large companies. Alon previously worked at Mellanox (now NVIDIA) and Unit 8200 in the IDF.
